The site based in Nottingham, RES installed new chiller plant, for chilled water at a value of £190,000.

Pipework, brackets and three chillers

​

Work was carried out between March-June 2020.

​

Initially pipework was installed ready for the delivery of the new chillers, which were lifted in place by RES to exact positioning.

​

The new plant was for feed & return from the existing plant to the new chillers, with 45m of pipework at high level, low pressure system, but large pipework requiring detailed planning, access, lifting and working at height.

 

The brackets to carry the pipework are 5m, and the design calculations, together with the load calculations for the bases verified by RES.

 

All testing was completed, and drawings and documentation provided to the client, no issues on site and a high-quality installation
