Remove old and install new boiler complete with associated pipe work, this project was completed between August 2019 and October 2019, at a value of £126,000.

So the works consisted of removal of the existing package boiler, carry out all disconnections and then reconnect, we were responsible for the lift to ensure this was carried out safely, and the positioning was correct first time, requiring detailed calculations and measurements.

We also supplied an expansion vessel and associated pipework, this from our dedicated site set up and workshop area on site, we provided a dedicated site team to provide consistency, helping to minimise the impact of the work whilst maintaining high quality work and products, with the usual high levels of H&S.

 

This was a category 2 installation; testing was carried out on site and x-rays completed on welds as per the specification
