Project Elbrus was for the manufacture of a platform and installation of process pipework to include all aspects of the process system to include valve blocks and installation of pumps.

The platform was installed around an existing tank, so required detailed planning and surveys to ensure measurements and access could be achieved

Structural designs were provided by the client and verified by RES, much of the fabrication being completed in our workshop and transported to site and installed by the site team

Work was completed on time with no delays to include design, installation and commissioned, tested and certification provided.

The project ran from November 2019 to January 2020 and was for a value of £130,000.
